The position description

As a Production Assistant Intern at OWTWO, you support the operational backbone of the projects we run. You work closely with the production team, artists, and external partners, assisting in translating creative ambitions into well-executed realities — on time, within scope, and with clarity.

Your work spans the full production lifecycle, supporting the Lead Producer and team at every stage. From early coordination and logistics preparation to on-site assistance and post-production follow-up, you contribute across projects as they take shape. Whether it’s a live showcase, a concert, an editorial photoshoot, or a corporate event, your role is to help keep things organized, connected, and moving forward.

You are comfortable supporting multiple projects at once, often in parallel, each with its own constraints, stakeholders, and timelines. You communicate clearly and stay composed as priorities evolve. You understand that in production, challenges are part of the process, and you are willing to learn how to approach them with calm and efficiency.

You bring attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility in how you support the team. You work with discretion and professionalism, especially in environments involving artists and partners. You are also open to learning AI tools to assist with coordination, documentation, or research when relevant.

Your mission

Here is what the role looks like in practice: 

• Production Support & Coordination: You support the Lead Producer across projects, from early preparation to execution, helping maintain clarity across timelines, teams, and deliverables.
  
  

• Logistics & Execution: You assist with production logistics, including venues, travel, equipment, and crew coordination, contributing to smooth and efficient execution on-site.
  
  

• Documentation, Assets & Archives: You prepare and maintain production documents, manage project assets, and ensure archives are properly structured, accessible, and up to date.
  
  

• Scouting & Sourcing: You contribute to scouting venues, suppliers, and production resources, bringing back relevant and well-organized options to support decision-making.
  
  

• Project management & Follow-up: You support the progression of projects by tracking next steps, assisting coordination, and ensuring information is clear and consistently followed through.

Your profile

You are currently studying or have an initial experience in production, events, or project coordination, ideally within music, live entertainment, audiovisual, or a creative environment. You are fluent in English. French and/or Dutch is a strong plus.

You are organised by nature and rigorous in how you approach your work. You handle information carefully, keep track of multiple moving parts, and take pride in following through on what you start. You understand that the quality of a production is often shaped behind the scenes, and you are motivated to contribute to that level of detail.

You are curious, adaptable, and solution-oriented. You are comfortable in fast-moving environments and willing to learn how to navigate last-minute changes, tight timelines, and parallel demands. You know when to ask questions, when to escalate, and when to take initiative within your scope. You maintain discretion and professionalism in every environment, whether on-site or working remotely.

Any experience on live productions, shoots, or coordination roles is a strong advantage. A genuine interest in music and culture is something we value.
